Wine is definitely one of the best ways to run Windows software on a Mac. It has a large following and plenty of support and ways to find what you need and it is constantly being updated. I was actually planning on writing a tutorial on how to install the Windows version of Steam on Mac OS X with a standard Wine installation. A few users asked how to actually use WineSkin to create a wrapper, so now Matthew has uploaded a new tutorial video showing how to use WineSkin to get DSD+ running on OSX. In the video he shows how to download and install WineSkin, and how to create a wrapper that allows DSD+ to run on OSX. The process is relatively simple. Wineskin Winery Allows you to run Windows Programs On Mac, It works for apps such as games, however it would be illegal for Microsoft Office etc, be sure to check before you begin. The Wineskin Project is the same as Wine for Linux apart from it is on Mac.

hey,
i have followed the instructions as posted . but when i click on the 'finished' wrapper it just goes to uninstall the game and doesnt actually start the game for me . I am playing stronghold 2 on my mac
Make Sure that you choose the correct file to execute, are you running a portable app or installed app
